Pixel Peak is built on three core values:

Respect

Treat others the way you want to be treated — online and in person.

The following behavior is not allowed:

Unwelcome remarks, gestures, or physical contact

  • Offensive, derogatory, or sexually explicit images or materials
  • Sexual, racial, or otherwise discriminatory comments (explicit or implied)
  • Harassment, threats, or abusive behavior
  • Poor sportsmanship or intentional disruption of games or activities


Pixel Peak staff reserve the right to remove anyone who violates these standards.

Event Rules

Age & Registration

  • A valid photo ID is required to claim your badge if you are 15 or older.
  • Minors under 18 must attend with a parent or legal guardian.
  • Children under 5 are not permitted.
  • All attendees must sign the event waiver.
  • You must check in before bringing equipment inside.
Register

Equipment & Setup

  • Your PC and monitor must fit within your assigned table space.
  • One gaming device per seat (PC or console). No swapping devices during the event.
  • You must bring and use your own surge protector.
  • No personal routers, switches, hotspots, or network gear.
  • No speakers — headsets only.
  • PCs may be placed under the table but not in walkways.
  • Do not move, tamper with, or touch other attendees’ equipment.

Power & Network

  • Standard seat power limit: 350W under load.
  • Larger monitors are allowed if they fit your space and stay within power limits.
  • No intentional network disruption of any kind.
  • No intrusion attempts, scanning, or accessing other systems.
  • No torrenting.
  • Use DHCP (automatic IP) and automatic DNS.

Prohibited Items & Activities

  • No smoking or vaping inside the venue. Use designated outdoor areas.
  • No alcohol, marijuana, or illegal drugs anywhere on the premises (including parking lots).
  • No weapons or firearms of any kind (including concealed carry).
  • No drones or remote‑controlled flying devices.
  • No personal mini-fridges, microwaves, cookers, or similar appliances.
  • No helium balloons.
  • No pornography on screens or shared over the network.
  • No selling, vending, or advertising unless you are an approved sponsor.
  • No food delivery drivers entering the event space.

Cleanliness & Personal Care

  • Shower daily, wear clean clothes, and practice good hygiene.
  • Keep your area tidy and dispose of trash regularly.
  • Store boxes, backpacks, and packing materials under your table, not against walls or blocking infrastructure.

Overnight & Access Rules

  • No overnight sleeping inside the venue or in the parking lot.
  • No hardware may leave the event room between 12 AM and 10 AM.
  • Attendees may not enter the event between 12 AM and 10 AM.

Prizes & Giveaways

  • If a prize you win is defective, contact the manufacturer directly.
  • Be polite and professional — it helps a lot.

Parking

  • Parking details will be provided on the Pixel Peak website and event page.

Final Authority

  • Pixel Peak Event Organizers have the final say on all rules, safety decisions, and conduct issues.
  • These rules may be updated at any time to ensure a safe and enjoyable event.
